WebI’m currently on a high protein diet - 1500 calories, 160-170g protein a day. I’ve been on this diet for the last 2-3 months and have noticed excessive bowel movements since starting this - as in 5/6/7 times a day. Is it normal to be shitting this many times a day in a high protein diet? Before this it was usually 2 times a day.
