I've used washing up liquid in the past to get biro off shirts etc, so it may work. Didn't take it out completely but really faded biro when my DS scribbled on wallpaper many years ago. I got pen off the wall with normal soap - mildly damp cloth and lots of soap (so the wallpaper wasn't "wet"). I suppose you could try a tiny spot with a Q-tip.
