Loosen the front 2 bolts (picture) and the saw pivots on the back two. Get the blade parallel to the miter slot (how-to’s online), tighten the bolts, you’re done. HOWEVER, the bolts on my saw were glued with a *serious* lock-tite. You may be able to remove power from the unit, spray PB Blaster in where the bearings are, move the blade by hand a few revolutions and restart it. See if that helps any.
